HustleHardracings Stephen Incledon was estatic that he found a deal on a new 2015 R1, with only a week to build the bike into race trim and get it through technical inspection he got right to work. We provided the parts he needed in time to get this built and get him to the track.
Stephens Race Report Barber 2016
I love barber and nothing made me happier then once again beating my best time by 1.5 seconds in blistering heat while being exhausted. On Saturday i was definitely having some set up issues as well as some rider issues. I Only got 2 practices and only got frustrated. Sliding everywhere from Barber resealing the seams and sliding tar everywhere. After first practice i turned off all the assists because i felt like they were hurting more then helping. Ran a bit better afterwards and of course was met by hotter temps, me being out of shape and trying to force the bike instead of riding it. Sunday woke up and thank god it was cooler and i had a cooler head starting out. I Brought it down a notch in practice and had a great morning set up.
I Played and learned with the assists more but concentrated more on trying to make the stock suspension work for me. My First race had a great first half. Ran in 3rd but air started leaving the sails and i fell back to 4th. Ended up in a last lap battle after blowing the museum corner with Lester Helm and boy was i happy to see that dianese logo staring at me. The last 2 laps were the funnest ive had on the bike so far and even though i was exhausted and making mistakes ended up running some of my fastest laps ranging from 1:36-1:34. Coming out into the next 2 races (superstock 1000 and superbike 1000) and everything clicked. I ran the most consistent i ever have in my career. Every single flying lap from the first to the last i hit in less then a second span. 1:34.003-1:34.867. It felt amazing! analyzing the telemetry afterwards was just as fun as the racing and i already have a list of things to work on next time at barber and cant wait to go back!
All in all i want to thank my amazing wife for making sure i was staying hydrated and level headed. Tyler Andrews, Matt Baird and Matthew Wilcoxfor everything in the pits. and Sterling at dunlop for the perfect tire recomendations and pressures for the races. With real feel temps at 107, track temp at 140+,(it was so hot my display on my lap timer melted and my go pro battery exploded during a race) slick tar and crashes all over the place this weekend was a amazing success with my best expert finishes with 2 4ths place finishes and a 5th. Awesome seeing my finishes getting closer and closer to the lead pack. Thank you everyone for your continued support and i hope to have more pics and videos soon!

Hustle Hard Racing would like to welcome 3 new racers in the southeastern region to the team! The sport we love so much is starting to expand with new racers on smaller displacement bikes and want to bring some brand new racers to the team from day 1. We want to welcome Cailtin Incledon, Tyler Andrews, and Matthew Wilcox to the team. All 3 racers are racing the F and E superstock series as well as MOTO 3 categories.
Caitlin Incledon (#222) has been in the hotpits for years supporting her husband Stephen Incledon (2015 A SS WERA National Champion) and finally has put her foot down to start racing herself! She has ridden bikes all her life taught by her father starting out on dirt and quickly has taken to the track. While her hot pink/red bike may not look intimidating, she can put down very fast lap times and she is incredibly consistent. She is on a well prepped Aprilia RS125 and already making amazing progress.
Tyler Andrews (#779) was a autocross junkie until last year when he was shown going fast on 2 wheels is much better then 4. Having never ridden a bike in his life before last year, he has definitely taken to the sport. From learning how to ride in a parking lot to being on a racetrack at the GNF for his first race in 6 short months is nothing less then astounding.Tyler will be riding a race prepped 2011 CBR 250 with a few tricks up his sleeve. He has shown great progress and a even bigger commitment.
Matthew Wilcox (#810) has been a street rider for years and recently moved to north Florida. After spending many years chasing canyons on the street he decided it was time to try the track and was instantly hooked. After some thought he decided fielding his 2015 S1000rr might be a bad choice being brand new to the track, so he has fully built a 2012 CBR 250 to fight it out with Caitlin and Tyler. Matt has also shown a amazing amount of progress from his first track day not long ago and will have a great crew around him to help him grow competitively.
These 3 riders along with Stephen Incledon and Matt Baird make up the southeast team of Hustle Hard Racing and we will be racing many WERA events as well as some Lightweight Endurance events across the southeast.
We are very happy to have them on the team and cant wait to see some great results throughout the year!
